AI Contract Clause Extraction
Upload or paste a contract and pull out the clauses you care about, explained in plain language. Part of the Contract Analyzer (Starter plan and up).
See Contract Analyzer →Finding the clauses that matter in a long contract is tedious. The Clause Extractor finds the clause types you select and explains each one in plain language.
It reads long contracts in parts and merges what it finds per clause type, so a clause split across pages is reported once. It is a first review, not a substitute for legal advice. Included in every paid plan, from Starter ($9.99/mo) up.

FAQ
Which clauses can it extract?
Payment terms, termination, liability, confidentiality, IP and ownership, non-compete, governing law and dispute resolution. Tick the ones you need.
Is it legal advice?
No. It helps you locate and understand clauses but is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer.
Does it also detect risk?
Risk detection is a separate tab that uses the same contract text, so you do not have to paste it again.
How do I add my contract?
Upload a text PDF, .docx or .txt file, or paste the text. Old .doc files must be saved as .docx or PDF first, and scanned PDFs need the text pasted. Long contracts are read in parts of about 9,500 characters, one AI prompt each.
Does it require a plan?
Yes. The Contract Analyzer is included in every paid plan, starting with Starter ($9.99/mo). Each run uses AI prompts from your plan.
