4. AI Tools — Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading — always verify critical information
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the AI service associated with your API key
• We do not store or have access to your prompts or AI-generated content
• You must not use AI tools to generate content that violates any laws or third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces and platform design — is the property of All Innovativ LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Content you submit to us (e.g. contact forms, listing submissions for SerbiaExpo) remains yours. By submitting, you grant All Innovativ LLC a non-exclusive license to display and use that content in connection with our services.

6. Travel & Affiliate Content (BookingPersonally.com)

BookingPersonally.com contains affiliate links and partnered booking integrations. When you click a link and make a booking, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

• Travel prices, availability and terms are set by third-party providers — we are not responsible for their accuracy
• Always verify booking details directly with the provider before completing a purchase
• Travel guides and destination content are for informational purposes only

7. SerbiaExpo Listings

SerbiaExpo.com allows businesses and organizations to submit listings. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right to represent the listed entity
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

All Innovativ LLC reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that violates these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure
• Results obtained from our tools will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected

Use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans and add-ons are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices may change from time to time; where they do, we will give you prior notice before any changed price applies to your subscription.

Cancellations, our 14-day money-back guarantee, add-on refunds and all related conditions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is the authoritative document on these matters and forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Innovativ LLC and its members, officers and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which for free services is $0).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
