Find Out If Your Pitch Deck Is Investor-Ready.
Upload your deck as a PDF. Usually in under a minute you get a score from 0 to 100, the three problems most likely to cost you a meeting, and the slides investors expect but can't find. Then practice answering the tough questions with an AI investor who has read your deck.
What Pitch Deck Analyzer Does
Most founders get pitch deck feedback too late: after the "not a fit for us right now" email. Pitch Deck Analyzer reviews your deck the way an early-stage investor skims it and tells you what to fix before you hit send. It reads every slide and checks:
3 Steps to an Investor-Ready Deck
What a Report Looks Like
Example report for a fictional seed-stage SaaS company (HR onboarding software, 15 slides).
Top 3 issues
- Market size is top-down only high — slide 5. "$40B HR software market" doesn't tell investors how many customers you can actually reach. Add a bottom-up estimate: target companies × price per year.
- Traction numbers don't match high — slides 3 and 9. Slide 3 says 120 customers, slide 9 says 95 paying accounts. Clarify active vs. paying customers.
- No clear ask medium — slide 14. "Raising a seed round" needs an amount, what it funds, and the milestone it gets you to.
Missing slides
- ✗ Competition — no slide shows who else solves this and why customers pick you.
PRO: suggested headline for slide 2
- Before: "The Problem"
- After: "HR teams lose 6 hours a week chasing onboarding paperwork"
PRO: scores by criterion (weight at seed)
Fictional company, for illustration. 8×10 + 9×10 + 5×12 + 7×10 + 7×15 + 4×10 + 9×10 + 8×8 + 7×8 + 4×7 = 683, divided by 10 and rounded = 68.
How Your Deck Is Scored
Each criterion is scored from 0 to 10. Weights depend on your stage, so a pre-seed deck isn't penalized for having no revenue yet, and a Series A deck is held to a higher bar on traction and financials. See the weights for every stage.
| Criterion | What we look for |
|---|---|
| Problem | A specific, painful problem for a clearly defined customer |
| Solution & product | How it works and why it's better than what people use today |
| Market | Market size, ideally built bottom-up from real customer counts |
| Business model | Who pays, how much, and whether revenue recurs |
| Traction | Revenue, users, growth, pilots, letters of intent |
| Competition & moat | Who else solves this and why you're hard to copy |
| Team | Why this team is the right one to win |
| Go-to-market | Channels, acquisition cost, how you get the first customers |
| Financials | Projections, key assumptions, burn and runway |
| Ask & use of funds | Amount, what it pays for, and the next milestone |
| Score | Rating | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 85–100 | Investor-ready | Ready to send. Polish the details. |
| 70–84 | Strong | Fundable story. Fix the flagged gaps first. |
| 55–69 | Needs work | Key pieces are missing or unconvincing. |
| 0–54 | Not ready | Rework the core story before outreach. |

Your Deck Stays Private
🔒 Your PDF is read in your browser. Only the extracted text is sent to our AI provider for analysis. We don't store your deck or your report; we keep only usage counts, such as the number of slides and AI tokens, for billing and daily limits.
If you click Practice, a short summary of the report (company, stage, weak points, top questions) is saved in your own browser so Pitch Simulator can use it. It is ignored after 14 days, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes it. Read our privacy policy.

PDF, up to 40 pages and 20 MB. If your deck is in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva or Pitch, export it to PDF first.
Your deck is scored on 10 criteria, from problem and market to traction and the ask. Each criterion gets 0 to 10 points, and the weights change by stage, so a pre-seed deck is judged differently from a Series A deck. The weights add up to 100, so the total is a score out of 100.
Slides with very little text are flagged, and the report tells you which ones could not be read. For the best results, make sure key numbers and claims are real text, not part of an image. Investors who copy from your deck will thank you too.
Most tools stop at a score. Pitch Deck Analyzer passes your deck's weak points and key numbers to Pitch Simulator, so you can practice answering the exact questions your deck will trigger.

The All Innovativ Pitch Deck Analyzer is an online AI pitch deck review tool: upload a PDF deck and get a 0–100 investor-readiness score across 10 stage-weighted criteria, red flags, slide-by-slide fixes and a mock investor session in Pitch Simulator based on the deck. The 10 criteria are problem, solution, market, business model, traction, competition, team, go-to-market, financials and the ask, each scored 0–10 and weighted by stage (idea, pre-seed, seed, Series A) so the weights sum to 100. Ratings: 85+ Investor-ready, 70–84 Strong, 55–69 Needs work, below 55 Not ready. The free result shows the score, deck quality, the top 3 issues, missing standard slides, automatic checks, the red-flag count and the first investor question. The PRO report adds per-criterion scores, explained red flags, slide-by-slide fixes and headlines, 10 investor questions with answers, a 5-step plan, a Markdown export and hand-offs to Pitch Simulator (Deck mode) and Pricing Strategy; it uses 2 AI prompts per analysis.
